It’s nice quiet street. The neighbours in the street are mostly families and the next door neighbour is very friendly.
The home feels very cozy like a cottage. It makes for a very peaceful environment.
It’s a double brick constructed house, so it is very well insulated for both winter and summer. There is an aircon in the main dining. It works really well in cooling the whole house quite quickly even on the hottest of days.
Also a non-smoker household
Being located near the motorway it makes for quick and easy travels in all directions.
