Cute old Queenslander, a backyard even in the city who knew that was a thing. Price is pretty solid for our location and the size of our house - $130 a week. Bond is $600 + 2 weeks rent. Looking for a room mate to fill to the next of our end lease (29/06/22)! Location is super optimal for a student, we're right next to both south bank train station and bus way. We are LGBTQI+ and are a chill bunch of people who play video games and occasionally have board game nights. We're all in university or working casually. If you're not too social, thats fine, we mostly stick to our rooms anyways. Shoot a message if you're interested :)
