Townhouse just off Wickham Terrace, just 450 metres walk from Queen street mall. We are looking for ideally a Fifo worker, Uni student, International student, someone who doesn't mind keeping to themself and is independent.
Room is on the third floor, light and breezy and faces sunrise. There is a balcony off the kitchen and a back garden courtyard. We both work and study and so don't do a lot of socialising, but always up for friendly 'housemate' banter.
