It is a great house with people from different background - France, US, Australia etc.
The room has plenty space to move, not congested at all, good ventilation and sunlight. You won't need AC here and always breezy.

The rent include the bills - Gas, Power, Internet, Toilet Paper, Hand wash, Dishwash liquid, Paper Towel etc.

House has everything you need all utensils in the kitchen, washing machine, fridge etc.

Just 20 seconds walk away from bus stop and 6 min from Guyatt Park Ferry Station, close to Guyatt Park having a greeny backyard.

We are bunch of people into different fields, some are studying in UQ and some are working.
We get along very well and not a single day goes by when we are not having fun or a good chat.
We also respect privacy and know when to not make noise.
We are looking for a similar mindset person who will get along with us. Male or Female, we are okay with both.

We share meals at dinner sometimes, cook together, watch movies or go out on weekends.
You will never feel bored in this house. Wish I could stay here but have to move quickly for a new job.
You will be taking over my lease till Jan 2026.
