About the occupants
This private and quiet 8 unit Town House complex is a two story walk up with 3 bedrooms on top floor with only two will be occupied, it is a private residence in nice street and great area. I am a professional health worker and work at a Medical center for specialists near my home . I have two small cats and a small dog so preference will be given to an animal lover . I am very quiet and work 8 to 5 Monday to Friday then go to Gold Coast some weekends.
Compatible people
You will be quiet and perhaps a little reserved like me this is not a party home as I work hard and I have a drama free life and are clean and tidy. Your room is your room and private with a full bathroom next to room . As it is 3 bedrooms two bathroom you have you own private bathroom and a spare room if needed for a desk etc . I am looking for someone long term, friendly considerate, respectful, tidy and clean living. I would prefer a professional person that is working but would consider a student or someone studying or you make you case given the above.
Description of pets
I have a 9 kilo ShihTzu fully trained a beautiful loving dog and 2 pure bred average size cats . All my pets have been with me over 2 years so a pet lover would be most welcome.
