About the occupants
This private and quiet 6 units Town House complex is a two story walk up with bedrooms on top floor, it is my private residence in nice street and great area . I am a professional health worker and manage a Medical center for specialists near my home . I have two small cats and a small dog so preference will be given to an animal lover as you will love my pets . I am very quiet and work 8 to 5 Monday to Friday then go to Gold Coast most weekends .
Compatible people
You will be quiet and perhaps a little reserved like me this is not a party home as I work hard and long hours I have a drama free life and are clean and tidy. You should be an animal lover as my pets are my life and so lovable , your room is your room and private with a full bathroom next to room . As it is 3 bedrooms two bathroom on top floor I do have the odd friend stay in the spare room but happy to discuss this if an issue as its not a big deal .I am looking for someone short or long term, friendly considerate, respectful, tidy and clean living . Social or non drinker and non smoker also I would prefer a professional person that is working but would consider a student or someone studying or you make you case given the above .
Description of pets
I have a 6 kilo ShihTzu fully trained a beautiful loving dog and 2 pure bred average size cats . All my pets have been with me over 3 years so a pet lover would be most welcome .
