The Bill's are as follows:
My rent is $530 per week - your cost is 50% = $265
Electricity is approx $120 per month or $30 pw on a discounted fixed metre rate - your cost $60 per month or approx $15pw
Water is approx $80 per month or $20 per week - your cost approx $10pw
Home internet included free
As a separate and added cost not included in costs above I have a Home cleaner every fortnight $100 per fortnight- your cost $50 per fortnight
I have foxtel downstairs and no cost to you but if you want foxtel installed in bedroom A. Get permission from on-site manager but should be no problem and you pay for installation of wall sockets & wiring and ongoing monthly cost

I have been self employed most of my life and ran my own online businesses for the last 14 years until July last year when I had to give it away due to various personal reasons.
Since then I have gone onto the Aged Pension and have a small part time job but with the rising cost of living especially the rent and ongoing costs leaves very little left over each week/fortnight
I am a nice reliable honest person who has 2 choices in where I live
1. FIND a nice compatible honest friendly person - MOST LIKELY ANOTHER SENIOR - MALE OR FEMALE- who is easy to get along with and wishes to live in a lovely place and share the costs as outlined.
2. Give up living in this lovely place and go spend $350 per week plus in a small 1 bedroom villa - if you can call them that
I don't want to do option 2 hence my request for someone to join me in my townhouse

I do love going on Cruises a couple of times per year but other than that I just like the simple quiet life with my Cavoodle and visting my 2 adult families and 4 grandkids and my older sister
