Currently looking for female housemate to join in; please take note this granny flat is all female tenants.

A beautiful extension granny flat within Sunnybank area, close to Pineland plaza, very convenient, close to public transport train and bus stop (8-10mins) walk. All in one bill (electricity, water, electric hot water shower, electric stove cooking). Each room fully furnished with bed (Double size), table, light, book case, robe.

Is floor tiles meaning no squeaking sounds when people walking , and you can enjoy this comfortable house with housemates. Sharing facilities including living area, kitchen, toilet, bathroom(including laundry). Owner not living together, so that's mean you have more privacy, yet owner is always there to help as living next door only. This area is under neighbourhood watch (That's credit!!)

You can park your car at roadside in front of the house ( You don't actually need a car as our place is very convenient and strategic). No pets allow(considering landlord is pet allergic with a history of medical treatment) as well as be mindful to other housemates who are allergic sensitive; no party animal, suitable for those who is looking single per room
