This is a massive townhouse a couple of streets away from Moggill RD. It's got ALOT of space for a townhouse. Far enough away that you can't hear traffic, surrounded by greenery.
The room on offer is the one pictured, you will also have your own seperate study room and bathroom which isn't a ensuite but both right next to bedroom.
Rent includes water but excludes electricity (quarterly, split evenly between all tenants) and wifi ($50/month split evenly between all tenants).
There is no garage car space as it's full of my mountain bikes as I have a business renting them.
