Large Bedroom Includes large built in wardrobe, air conditioning, ensuite, balcony with city views and room can be furnished with bed or without.
Located in an old firestation, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in leafy Teneriffe is a 5-10 minute walk to James street, both river walks, local cafes and bakeries, Woolies, Aldi, Gasworks, Felons, New Farm and Newstead.
Plenty of public transport options with bus stops, train and ferry terminal all nearby and the city is a 20minute walk. There are parking options on the street but as this is a popular area it can be a little competitive at times.
You would be sharing with myself, I’m a creative in my 30s who travels a bit for work :)

A bit about myself, I’ve been performing for about 10 years now in various acting and singing roles. More recently I’ve started working a full time job in marketing.
My partner David is a writer who is actually working on a new show with the BBC.
We’ve both had extensive experience living in share houses, so we’re well versed in being mindful and respectful of other people living under the same roof. We also do a fair bit of dog sitting, so there will likely be stretches of time where you’ll have the place to yourself.
We’re both pretty happy, easy going people who love to eat healthy, watch movies and live active lifestyles. This area is so lovely with plenty of beautiful river walks, cafes and parks.
