House is situated in leafy quiet street, lots of nature vibes with mountain views. But only 15 minutes from the city and close to public transport and shops.
The house has just been renovated, has ducted AC in all the rooms, a large terrace and backyard, BBQ, hammock and lot's of space to chill.
The room is furnished, but you're welcome to bring your own furniture.
You'll be sharing an American girl and an Australian guy that's recently moved to Brisbane from Sydney.
I'm after can someone that can pay the rent and clean up after themselves.
