The house has air conditioning in the main livings areas which is open plan (kitchen, lounge & dining) and the rooms have ceiling fans. You will share all main living areas and bathroom. The rent increases by $40 p/wk in November so you’re rent will increase by approximately $10-$15. We have a 10 month lease which runs out in June 2025.

Hi! My name is Tasha (23 yr old female). I work full time as an environmental scientist and am a very outdoorsy person and love exploring when ever I get the chance. During my spare time, I generally go to the beach, go camping or do anything outdoorsy. I am very tidy and always ensure my house is cleaned and well maintained. I am not a big partier but occasionally have a small group over for drinks. My roommate (27 yr old male) is a labourer and is not home very often. We are both quite independent and keep to ourselves but I’m always open to a chill wine/drinking night with the roommates. We also both have partners who are occasionally over, or we are at theirs.
