-THE ROOM-
Reasonable sized carpeted room which includes a queen bed, chest of drawers, lamp, desk and chair, ceiling fan and mirrored wardrobe. Natural light can come through the window. This room has been set up for students.
There is plenty of storage in the bathroom and drawers.
The bathroom is the main bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower over bath - because your roommate has a separate bathroom it's essentially yours! It is a very large space.

-THE APARTMENT-
The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen including all the pots and pans and utensils, a fridge, dishwasher, slow cooker, rice cooker, gas stove and oven.
A large living space with two couches, a TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a dining table & a spare desk in case you want a scenery change.
A laundry which includes a washer and dryer.
There is a large balcony space with tables and chairs and a washing line. I have been known to study on the balcony in the sun on occasion!
The unit is fully lockable, two locks on the front door, with a third so you can lock yourself in; and two locks on the balcony door. There are also extra safety measures in place as bars can be put in so the balcony doors and biggest windows cannot be opened. (The owners are big on safety!!)

-THE COMPLEX-
The apartments have a pool which gets sun and shade through the day, and BBQ area. There are 9 parking spaces in the building which means one can often be snagged so that you can park on site, however there is free street parking available as well.
The complex is fully secured as there is a fence around it all, and a gate code is required for the front driveway car gate and pedestrian gate. There is also an entry/exit onto Milton Road which is secured with a key. It is a very safe building to live in!

-THE LOCATION-
Cadell St sits parallel to Milton Road.
Toowong Village is a 10 minute walk away, which is home to Coles, Kmart and the library. There is a small group of shops just 3 minutes away with some takaway places. BWS is a 4 minute walk away!
You are close to all forms of transport that Brisbane has to offer to walk you are just: 5-10 minutes to a train station, 2-10 minutes from a bus stop and approximately 15 minutes away from a CityCat/Ferry. It used to take me approximately 20-30minutes to
