The flat is currently unfurnished, I will be responsible to buy and fill the furnitures and appliances. Planning to buy basic appliances but I would like this to be minimalist and keep it clean and tidy. If you would like to contribute to the furniture, that will be highly appreciated but happy to share all of my own stuff with you (as long as you takecare of it).

Rent per week:
$350 (if solo)/$450 (couple)
