The house is basically set up for dual living, the other tenant occupies her own space downstairs, this advertisement is for renting the entire upstairs space so you basically will have your own home as upstairs is the original main living. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, combined dining and living room, front sunroom, full kitchen and a large back verandah. The house has a large backyard with beautiful big trees, garden beds and visiting wildlife, some assistance with yard maintenance would be expected. The only shared living area is the double garage (you would be privy to half of the space) and the laundry which is located in the garage. There is a washing machine and dryer provided for use
Great location, close to highway entry and exit points and new public transport system to open soon. Walking distance to shops and great local eats. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Tenant downstairs is friendly but quiet and responsible and respectful of privacy, as we would hope the same. We are preferably looking for somebody who wants to stay longer term.

Bills and expenses
Bank account details for all house related expenses will be provided. Rent is due Tuesday of each week and must remain paid to a week in advance at all times. Internet is included. Other expenses billed intermittently include water charges and electricity which will both be split equally. You will be provided with a copy of all bills requiring payment for transparency.
