We're looking for someone/a couple to move into the downstairs, fully self-contained level of our house.
It's a thoughtfully designed, fully tiled space with a walk-in closet in one of the bedrooms.
Available early Feb.
Whole space is freshly painted (as of Aus Day weekend)
One A/C unit.
Fast internet as previous tenant required it for work.
There's a pool out the back that we share, I maintain the pool and all the gardening.
Laundry has all the necessities provided that we share.
Our last tenant was happily here for just shy of a year before moving overseas, and the couple before them for 2 years. Happy for anyone who is looking to stay for 6 months+ to reach out.
My partner and I are both early 30s, work FT and live a pretty relaxed life with our doggo.
