We have three brand-new rooms available for rent in a safe and tidy environment in Virginia, 10-15 mins walk from Virginia, Bindha and Northgate train stations and 4 km from ACU.
The rooms are perfect for female students/professionals looking for a safe and peaceful place to live while focusing on their studies/work. Here’s a summary of what’s on offer:
-Brand New Rooms: Fresh, clean, and ready to move in.
-Flexible Furnishing Options: Rooms can be unfurnished, partially, or fully furnished with a bed, mattress, table, and chair. While cupboards and drawers are not currently in place, we will arrange these before move-in.
-Shared Bathroom: A brand-new bathroom shared among the tenants.
- Microwave Available: While there is no kitchen, a microwave is provided for basic meal preparation.
- New linen packs can be organised for $220 (tenants keep them) or $120 for rent (returned in good condition when leaving - no tears or stains)
Location is key:
- Close to ACU: Just 4 km away from the Banyo campus. They can either catch shuttle from Northgate station, bike, skate or if more active walk to campus.
- Accessible Transport: A 10-20 minute walk to Northgate, Virginia, and Bindha train stations, with a 15-minute train ride to Central.
- Nearby Shopping: 7 minutes' drive to Chermside Mall and 5 minutes to DFO.
We are looking for tenants who appreciate a neat and tidy environment.
To maintain a quiet and respectful living space, no parties or guests are permitted. The rooms are situated downstairs, with our family (myself - I’m a VET trainer/teacher, husband - lawyer, elderly mum - mostly stay at home upstairs and our daughters almost 15 and 9.5), living upstairs.
Ours is a smoke free, pet free and alcohol free home.
-Safe and quiet neighbourhood, we have lived here for 15 years now and have wonderful relationships with our neighbours.
-We’ll require a police check, passport, and visa details for all tenants, with copies kept on file.
