Description of the home
This newly renovated family house is located in Wakerley. The total land size is 450 m² and has 2 outdoor/patio areas, plus a shed! The house will just have had a bond clean and carpets steamed, so it will be totally fresh!
We have been left a couch, dishwasher, and microwave, plus some handy bedside tables/cabinets if wanted.
We also have a washing machine, dining table and outdoor furniture. We are looking for a fridge, so if you have one, that would be even better!
The location is quite handy, as there is an IGA, chemist, cafe, and bar just down the road (5 min walk). Although we are located quite close to the highway, we still have that peaceful neighbourhood feel. There is also a Woolies and Maccas within a 5-minute drive.
Lots of storage in the kitchen and garage as well!
Please note some of the photos are older from when the house was originally sold in 2018, but it is so that you get an idea of what the house looks like. The decor on walls and around the place will also not be there.
Please message us if you would like more information or are interested! We are looking for someone to move in early October and stay for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extending!

Bills and expenses
The house is fitted with solar panels, so it keeps the electricity to a minimum. Water is also quite cheap—no gas bills, as we have an electric water heating system! We will also be setting up wifi. They will all be split evenly :)

We are both in our 20s and have a dog named Kai and a cat named Fergi! We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both cats and dogs, tidy, clean, and very friendly.
Caitlin is studying Primary Education online and working in childcare four days a week. So, she is mostly home in the early mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
I am studying Advanced Science at UQ and working as a nanny part-time, so I will be home some days during the week.
We both do Calisthenics (dance), so we would be out a couple of nights a week and some weekends throughout the year for competitions.
We both enjoy our personal space, but we also love watching TV together, having a cheeky glass of wine, and having some D&Ms. So if you feel you would fit in, we would love for you to message us; we are very welcoming!
