Very quiet cul-de-sac with large park at the end of the short street. Very close to shops (woolies/Aldi/Warner tavern/Cafes, Takeaways) Our family is very friendly and great loving home environment. There is a safe parking on the property under a shade sail. Home has security and cameras for extra safety. Great for uni students as close to public transport and Petrie uni.

I'm Mark, the owner. I work from home out of my bedroom most days. I'm out maybe one day per week and I'm away in Sydney and Melbourne once per month. I am an ex-chef, so I cook dinners at least 5 nights per week. Happy to cook for you as well if you chip in for food.
Aidan is my 20-year-old, and he usually sticks to his bedroom, so the house is normally very quiet.
I do get my 11-year-old boy on weekends but he either wangs with his friends in the Neighbour hood or we go out for the day.
The house is normally very tidy. We clean every week and keep the house in order. Happy for you to park your car under the shade sail at the front of the property.

We are looking for either a male or female that is reasonably tidy and will clean after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom. Otherwise, your bedroom is totally yours.
