Located central Westlake - 2 min to local shops & 5 min to Mount Ommany Plaza. Quiet suburb with bus stop around corner if required.
House is fully furnished *excuding available bedroom* - the property doesn’t have storage space to hold excess furniture.
Property has 1 dog & 1 cat. 1 reptile enclosure (bearded dragon) no additional pets are allowed.

At the property you will have access to all rooms excluding other tenants personal bedrooms. (As expected)
Main quarters consist of dining/kitchen/ 2x living rooms/ patio & laundry room.
The house has a steep driveway, pending your car there is a landing you can park on at the top of garage isn’t accessible. Otherwise street parking is available- quiet road with local use only.
House is tenanted by myself & 2 females all mid 20’s. We all work full time office jobs 8:30-5pm
*one tenant does work at home 3 days a week*

Most importantly we are not a party house and won’t become one.

We tend to spend a lot of time at home out of our rooms - we are a social household. Do enjoy board games or the occasional movie night with drinks. In regards to food arrangements - we do tend to mix our meals depending on the night. Sometimes we cook for everyone to pick at, but you wil have your own shelf in the pantry & fridge to keep food seperate.

Main living room TV has, Netflix, Stan, Amazon & Disney + for everyone to use.

Cat- 2or3 years old… idrk, shy cat that just hangs around. Friendly but not overly affectionate. Inside animal

Dog- 5 years old… can get hyperactive but always friendly. A little dumb but listens. Outside animal (except in storms)
