Description of the home

Hey there!

-Room available in a big clean and spacious house!
-The house has a large living area with good air conditioning in the living room that finds it's way through the rest of the house, with awesome ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a big backyard. There is plenty of storage space, undercover parking and a garage.
-The room available is a 3x3 with a built in wardrobe. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one other male (and if guests came around).

*Who were looking for:
-Someone employed that doesn't work from home.
-Someone that doesn't mind a chat here and there/someone that could be a friend, but also respects each others space.
-Clear & Transparent communication, so small things don't turn to big things!
-*Someone trustworthy and respectful of our private rooms and belongings*.
-Someone who is clean (especially in the kitchen), cleans up after themselves, and is also ok with sharing the cleaning at times.
-Someone open minded :)
-We are party friendly this just ISN'T a party house, and we expect to be notified if friends are coming around and obviously do the same.

-Who we are:
We are a male and female in our early 30's sharing this house, and are only looking for one other housemate.
We don't mind hanging out with some netflix and chatting or having an occasional drink or feed but also value our own time and space, and have our own schedules.
We have mixed rosters through out the week so weeks won't look the same. Shift work friendly as one of us does work late nights till the early a.m random nights a week.

We are pretty chill and friendly and accepting of all :) and are looking for someone we can get along with that will also want to be apart of this home!
