Gamer/uni student house looking to fill the 4th bedroom. We currently have 3 residents, 2 men and 1 woman. We like our privacy, but don't mind hanging out in the living room watching some Netflix.

The house is in a great area near the river and is a 5 minute walk away from a bus stop. Bills are split evenly between residents but each person takes care of their own food/needs. We have a fully stocked kitchen so all you would need is your own toiletries and bedroom furniture.

Would like someone who is respectful and cleans up after themselves, and chips in for routine inspection cleaning.

Note that the lease renewal date is the 16th of Feb, but the room is available earlier in mid Jan

Bills and expenses
