HUGE living and dining area as well as cut-through office/personal area for YOUR use. I really only use the bedroom and kitchen, occasionally the office/library at the front.

Looking for lease-mates not borders as the other tenants are moving away. If you are a couple or paying 350+ for your stay, we'll discuss which part of the house you want to claim!

Beds in rooms are for your use, overlarge frames got second hand (king in the master bedroom), you can keep them or we can dispose of them.

The more people we live with the cheaper the rent is, and gardening maintenance fees are included in the rent (which disappears if you can do the gardening). I will pay the full internet bill, which is unlimited FTTN. If we have to bring in multiple people we can split the bills, if you can afford 400+ I'll pay all the bills myself!

Property has huge pantry, high fence, paved rear patio, big barbecue grill, fridge, exterior freezer, washer, enclosed garage, and is two blocks from Woolies, Maccas, Bunnings, Pharmacy, and more!

Sofa but no TV. Room for lots of stuff!

I will pay internet bills as part of my business expenses, we can split the rest of the bills or if you want to go up to 400+ I can take the full bills on!
