Room includes a double bed with linens, side table and lamp. If you prefer an empty room, this can be organised.

The bathroom that will be in use for tenant is the main bathroom and toilet, so visitors/guests will have access to these facilities. But visitors are a rare occurrence, so not a major inconvenience.

The bedroom on offer is a front room, so there will be some street noise on occasion from passing cars, usually no noise after 7pm though.

Tenant will have use of all kitchen utensils and appliances. Space will be made within the fridge and pantry for you.

Lima is a quite and gentle kitty who wouldn't hurt a fly. She is kind and sweet with a gentle approach to people. She has trouble trusting humans, but once gained she will be your favourite friend.
Fleur is a fun and clingy kitty who loves to be near you, but not on you. She is happy to purr in your ear as you read a book and has a weird thing about feet and shoes. She's a master at getting into things she shouldn't and nothing is safe in the kitchen
