Hi the home I'm looking to share with somebody is the Queenslander style place, has timber floors throughout, is spacious and comfortable, it's an upstairs place so no gardens to maintain, the person who shares with me will have the use of their own WC/bathroom, there's a deck and the views are away from the city. I have the garage pretty choc a bloc but some storage available, it's a short walk to the Botanic's, Tobruk pool is nearby, it's a short walk to the start of the Esplanade. Bus to town, around the corner. There will be a spare double room should you have anyone come to visit, family or friends in town for the weekend for example.
