Situated in a very central location, close to amenities and local walking tracks, this is a newly built 3 bedroom unit, located in Mooroobool, with 1 bathroom and separate toilet. The unit is attached to the main house, but completely separate, with own entrance, laundry, kitchen and garden. The rooms are large with ample wardrobe and storage space and includes a ceiling fan and AC. The unit is fully furnished, inclusive of internet, water and electricity & has AC (in the bedrooms). The bedroom is located upstairs and kitchen, bathroom, living room are downstairs. We are fair with the aircon usage, which is included in bills, but if used in excess, an additional cost may be charged.

Just 4km from the centre of Cairns and just 1km to Stocklands Shopping Centre and Raintrees centre. The bus stop into the city is located 500m from your accommodation, runs every 15 minutes and takes about 10 minutes to get into the city.

On street parking available. We like to keep the place neat and tidy and we all chip in without being asked. We all contribute to communal items like cleaning products and items for the pantry, which is an additional $20 per month.
