Description of the home
3 bedroom house/ duplex style. Bus stop just around the corner, right behind Mount Sheridan plaza, WIFI, garage for storage, if you have a car; parking is on street parking as there is only one driveway available and my car uses it. IGA just down the road in Edmonton. Rent will include electricity and WIFI. Washing machine available. Will be getting a dryer once i can. But there is a clothes line out back but i usually just use the inside clothes rack and dry clothes under the fan overnight.

Its not a mansion, but its our home and hopefully yours too for the next few months however long we agree upon. Welcome to come check it out.

Bills and expenses
Bills are included in the rent. Just buy your own food. Fridge is big enough to share. Rice cooker available. I need to purchase more fry pans. Because it's just my son and I so we only have one pan. One small couch. I'm usually never in the lounge area. I'm usually in my room or i am out in the patio or garage doing work. We have a 65' tv with fire stick. Aircon is in the lounge area.
