You must be clean, tidy and quite! Also have respect and consideration for our neighbors and others in a share-house environment.
Provide your own food and all other expenses are included in your rent.
There are 3 rooms with queen beds, linen, towels, study desks and chair, double mirrored built inns with shelving, blackout blinds and timber floors throughout. The rooms available are shown in pictures.
The house itself comprises of 3 separate buildings, joined by timber decking and the plunge pool. The first building consisting of 3 bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, laundry and toilet. The second being the main open planned living with kitchen dining room and lounge and the third being the master with entertaining deck and pool.
The property is situated in Argentea Estate and is within walking distance to the Bus stop, Clifton shopping center, Palm cove and it's surrounding beaches.
