Hi, I have a bedroom (ensuite) available for rent from Jan 4th.
Close to 4 mile beach, the other end of the beach from town. It's in a complex of units. Furnished with queen size bed, aircon and ceiling fan to all bedrooms and living area. Please note outdoor furniture has been damaged and different than the photos. $300/week + shared electricity. 2 weeks bond, 2 weekly rent. Minimum 2 months.
You will be sharing the house (3bedroom) with 2 other people, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The house is furnished with all the essentials, kitchen and laundry. Looking for clean and tidy people.
Sorry, no smokers, no drugs, no parties, no pets. It's a quiet village and I'll get complaints if so. NBN internet and water included, shared electricity. Accept couples, rent $400p/w.
