We are looking for a house mate to join our share house in Bonython. We all work full time, enjoy hanging out and are neat & Tidy.
The room can be partly furnished with a queen bed. There is a ceiling fan and built in robs. The house is fully equipped - Movie room, huge kitchen, dinning room and lounge room. The laundry comes equipped with washer, dryer and ironing board.
We also have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks and Gardener.
Rent is 260 per week. Bills are Gas, cleaner, internet, Water, electricity and gardener are divided equally.
