Description of the home
A cosy, two-storey duplex in beautiful Downer with a spacious backyard. The house is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of Dickson shops and Gang Gang cafe, a 15-minute stroll to the lightrail station, and an easy bike ride to the city centre.
The room is located at the front of the house with a south-facing window looking over the front yard. The room has a small built in wardrobe, but is perfectly sized to fit a queen-size bed, a desk, and dressers.
Hannah and myself are both young professionals and we like to keep the house in a tidy condition. Looking for someone is up for a chat but also respectful of each other's space. Room is available May, with photos of the room and a specific date to be updated asap!
