A big bright bedroom w an extra shared space and off street parking undercover, in a big bright comfy, 4 bedroom home for just 3 people: that's you +2.
Great vibe. Great green views. Never crowded, with more Indoor living areas than people on the high side of a quiet leafy street. Large lounge area, large dining area, large eat in kitchen (+ office to share), 2 bathrooms and toilets. Floor boards & tiles throughout. Large front porch, back garden and front.
Easy travel via car bus or bike and lots of off street parking.

EAT IN KITCHEN
Big (6x5m) bright beautiful. Lots of bench space +storage with glass topped electric stove-top oven, large fridge, dishwasher, 2 sinks, good appliances (incl espresso machine, slow cooker, air fryer) a bright skylight + a wall of windows + glass doors to the back garden.
BATHROOM
Shared with just one other. Clean + tidy with a bath and separate shower. Also separate to the toilet.

With wo desks. My electric sit/stand desk, and another which you're welcome to use at any time, if you're tidy.

Service + Fix my own computers, appliances, bikes, motorbikes etc.

I'm Rik, I'm a pro. writer actor producer. I've worked with musicians, live venues, dance clubs; in radio, acrobatics. improv theatre film media & writing & activist politics, at places like JJJ, ZZZ, 2SER, Fuji TV, The Greens, Greenpeace, Apple, Lloyds, Sydney Festival, arts companies, little businesses, running media for election campaigns, and touring poetry + comedy around the country. Originally from Sydney, I'm loving the ACT and I'm currently researching and writing for a story based multimedia project, and studying part time.
