Hey lovely new housemate,

House highlights:
- A beautiful sunny garden
- Homey 1920s architecture with wood floorboards and plenty of space (3 living rooms!)
- Great location in tres elegant Griffith
-Activity! The hobbies in the house include yoga, dancing, piano, water-polo, oz tag, Brazilian jiu jitsu, drawing and running
- We love sharing a meal and cooking for each other when we can

Our fantasy housemate:
- Somebody chill, who can practice self-care
- A food lover 😋
- Somebody who loves movement, music, and activity would fit right in 😄
- Happy to make time for an occasional glass of wine or meal
- Ideally similar age?
- Happy to clean and go the extra mile to keep the house welcoming and beautiful for everybody

Please note: the room comes unfurnished- the pictures are old, to give you an idea of space. Also, you would be sharing the bathroom with one to two other housemates, though there is a seperate toilet :)
