This fantastic modern townhouse is in the quiet suburb of Harrison. It has a lovely outdoor area with nature views!

It has a large furnished room with all brand-new furniture which includes: A queen bed, plush mattress, side drawer, three-door cupboard, full length mirror, desk, chair and electric blanket. There is extra storage under the stairs.

You will only share the house with one person (me) and share bathroom with me. No massive share house with 4 other people.

The kitchen has a gas stove and open plan living area. Light filled areas with mountain views. There is central gas heating and an air conditioner.

Looking for a clean, tidy, responsible and working professional person.

There are plenty of walking/bike paths and nature walks around the area.

The home is located just 5-minutes from Franklin Woolworths, is well connected with just a short drive to Gungahlin Marketplace. The Canberra City Centre is just a 20-minutes drive. The light railway tram station is a 3-minute drive and the trams travel to CBD every ~5 minutes during peak hours. The airport is 15mins drive. University of Canberra is 13min drive and the ANU is 17mins drive from the house. There is a bus stop on the bottom street.
