Description of the home
The property is a lovely 4-bedroom house. One room is ensuite, the other 3 rooms are to share separate bathroom and toilet. There is a big garden but I take good care of it so you do not have to worry! We love having meals in the garden in the nice weather (under cover of course) and doing exercise in a park nearby.
We all keep the place quite clean and tidy with weekly cleaning schedule.
The place is 8' walking from the closest grocery store (SupaExpress Kaleen), 7' to 2 bus stops so it’s still convenient if you do not have a vehicle. If you drive, it takes about 5' to Westfield Belconnen and about 12' to Civic.
