Description of the home

Located in Latham.
Big 5 bedroom house. Big backyard, patio area that stretches the length of the house. For cars we have a gated carport and driveway.
You will be sharing the house with Jilly, she’s a 29 year old who studies, as well as her 3 year old son Ewan, and Abbey (me) who is 20 years old working full time in aged care.
There are 2 dogs and 1 cat.
Louie who is a 6 month old stuffy cross Jack Russell.
Olive who is a 5 year old tabby cat.
Nigel is a 5 year old kelpie cross cattle dog.
We are both hang around the house type of people. We also have 2 seperate lounge rooms considering Jilly’s son so it is possible to sit in a quite space to watch TV😂
We both do keep to ourselves but are definitely up for a chat.
The room would be perfect for a single parent, a mid 20s female.
The lease ends in June, will consider to flip lease for another year.
