Our townhouse is located in the new development of Lawson - across the road from the University of Canberra with its cafes, bars and new Health Hub and walking distance to Kaleen's grocery stores. The complex has a gym with 24 hour access for residents and an outside BBQ area.

The townhouse is made up of 3 levels - the main living area is located on the central level and includes a modern kitchen with quality appliances and gas cooking, as well as a lovely courtyard off this space. There is also a fully equipped laundry and powder room on this level. The house is fully furnished and your room can come with a bed or unfurnished.

The bedrooms are on the top level, both spacious and with their own large ensuites and built in wardrobes. The lower level comprises the secure carparks with direct access into the house, and additional storage space.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, gas and internet are divided equally amongst the 3 housemates. House cleaning of the common areas is shared.
