Description of the home
Large corner block home, lots of space, feel free to use my Netflix to the tv in the lounge room, and all cooking equipment, very friendly neighborhood, next to the oval, and very close walking distance to the shops.
3 bedroom and a granny flat (although the granny flat is mainly used for storage lately), 2 bathrooms (indoor and built on).
Large courtyard (about to have a garage sale), and lots of building tools, and art equipment if you're an artist.
Very friendly and social, and also respect personal space of course.

Electricity bills would be divided between myself, and other tenants, and varies between size of bill, and how often people are away, as time away will deduce amount you pay of course. And internet, $80 monthly divided between tenants. Those are the only bills.
