Single storey house located in a very quiet area in Wright, basically underneath Mt Stromlo.

Lovely and bright family room with a very high ceiling.
Outdoor alfresco area includes electric heaters for winter. Large gas BBQ. This area has clear blinds which drop down and keep the cold winds out - means I can sit out there and have lunch in the sun, in the middle of winter

Two separate entertainment areas complete with large screen TVs.

House is centrally heated and air conditioned.
Solar panels on the roof have reduced the electricity costs by about 70%.

4,000 litre water tank feeds toilets & washing machine.

1GB download speed unlimited internet (fibre to the premises)
Dishwasher in the kitchen. 10kg washing machine and large dryer in the laundry.

Note that because my dog doesnt like women (she is a rescue dog, so we assume that she was mistreated by a woman) the home is only suitable for guys - apologies ladies, not my decision. :)

This is also a non-smoking house.
