This property is super cute but spacious! There is 3 rooms 2 quite large ones which would easily fit king sized beds but one is quite small so whoever moved in if they work from home or need extra space can use that room as a shared office with myself or whatever else they would like to do with it!
There is undercover parking which I’m happy to give to who is moving in.
It is a villa off the main road so it is nice and quiet, 2 minute walk from coles or 4 min drive to Erina. Lots of public transport too.
Big kitchen and nice backyard also which is a plus! I will be getting some nice outdoor furniture soon :)
