The house is absolutely stunning with a great view! Horsfield Bay is a secret gem, surrounded by National park and literally backing onto water, you feel like you're on a tranquil retreat hidden away! It's only 10 mins from the freeway for a 60mins drive to Sydney, or 10 mins down into Woy Woy where you have the train station and shops. Umina Beach is 15 mins drive away.

The house has 2 levels, I live downstairs which is pretty much self contained besides the kitchen upstairs, with my own shower/bathroom downstairs. The upstairs level (enter via ground floor at front of the house) has 2 bedrooms, one queen size room with built ins that opens out onto the huge wrap around verandah, the other smaller double size room is currently used as a spare guest room but could be filled with a 3rd housemate to lower costs. There is a separate study for working at home which could be negotiated into rent depending on the 3rd housemate. Upstairs has a kitchen and open plan dining/living room which also opens out to the balcony with a hammock and entertaining spaces. There is a bathroom with laundry fittings and separate toilet upstairs and plenty of storage cupboards.

The house is on a large block of land that backs onto the water, with kayaks and amazing fishing from the backyard. There's a huge vege garden and lawns that I take responsibility for maintaining, there's a great firepit even an infrared sauna. Parking is off street, there is a carport that fits one car and space for multiple other cars to park along the drive.

The house is fully furnished but bedrooms will be offered unfurnished. There is a queen bed currently in the spare room that came with the property semi furnished that can be used in either room.

Hi I'm Tim, I work in disability care a few days a week in the city and the rest of my time I'm downstairs trying to finish a book I'm writing or procrastinating that in the vege garden. I've lived here for a year now after moving out of Sydney for a tree/sea change. Love the coast, the outdoors and cooking yum meals using stuff I've grown. Party days are over and looking for a friendly positive housemate to share this amazing home with. My downstairs level is pretty self contained bar the kitchen upstairs, I'm pretty independent but don't mind a chat, sharing the occasional meal together or a trip to the beach.
