Room available for rent in a shared 3 bedroom home located in Kariong with myself (Kylie) and dachshund Meeko.

House features an open lounge room, kitchen and dining area, has a shared bathroom with a shower and bath, and a separate toilet down the hallway. The third bedroom has been turned into drying room for clothes and washing with room for storage. The laundry is located off the kitchen with access to single garage for storage space, side door to the grassy backyard and offers on-street parking.

One minute drive to Kariong shops and petrol station. Five minute drive to West Gosford Shopping Centre. Eight minute drive to Gosford train station and a Two minute drive to the M1. There is also a bus stop located directly opposite the house which runs hourly to Gosford.
