Lovely 3 bedroom home in Killarney Vale. The house is modern and has a beach/coastal vibe. Close to Bateau Bay village shops and public transport. There are two patios (one at the front and one at the rear), so there is plenty of space for two people to happily coexist. The main bathroom has a gorgeous bath tub, perfect for relaxing in Winter.

I'm looking for a flat mate who is friendly, trustworthy, respectful and reliable. You will have your own large-ish bedroom and access to own bathroom (toilet and shower). The house is fully furnished. Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. If you need a single bed, fresh towels and sheets this is also available. Must be working.

You will be sharing with one other female. I'm 40+ pretty social. I often work long/short shifts on the weekends. I have a Border Collie who is super friendly and energetic, so you must be comfortable with larger, working dogs. In my spare time I like to draw, write, make art and walk. It's ideally suited to someone that has their own life and interests and can respect each others space. Sorry, not suitable for couples, kids or other pets.

$350 per week, not including water usage/electricity. You would move into the property as a sub-tenant and go through a very quick approval check with my real estate agent before moving in.
