Home Description

Description of the home

This is a beautiful unit positioned to receive the beautiful East sunlight in the mornings. It is in the process of renovation, so it looks beautiful and fresh (for some of its parts) and it offers flexibility for renters to bring in their own belongings. However, no noisy or big jobs are booked for this year.

Additionally, it is very well located, close to shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. They are all at no more than a 10 minute walk from this unit. Same applies for The Entrance Beach and Ocean Bath.

This unit is also animal friendly. Its owner, who is a professional woman with no party lifestyle, is a cat and dog lover.

About occupants
I am, Nise, a professional woman studying a Master's. I am flexible, smiley and filled with interests. I work partially from home. When I am not working or studying, I spent time with my family and friends, go for a swim in the ocean bath or walk in the bush or watch an European movie with my cat, jabuticaba.
Compatible people
I am looking for a dynamic person, who is independent and skilled in solving their problems. I respect flatmates preferences in regard to socialising. So, I do well with people sharing a bit more or willing on their own. It will be great if the person coming to live here is also financially stable, responsible, organised and not only likes but is supportive of living in a tidy and clean space.
Description of pets
I have one cat, named Jabuticaba. He is cute and sleeps most of the day and night. Twice a day, his hunting instincts kick in, that's when he gets funny, running around, playing with toys or rushing to the balcony to catch bugs =)
