During your stay (at the longest till the 1st of August). You don't need to share the place. Even the bedroom is rather small with a double bed sleep couch but there's a big living area with a big kitchen and great gadgets.
This is a quite neighborhood and the landlord lives downstairs, therefore no parties are permitted. However if you like tranquillity and a vibrant colorful home with lot's of space inside and outdoors than it's perfect for you.
The only thing you need to bring are your personal belongings and your food.

This is a true getaway, having a barbecue & chilling in it's secluded garden or enjoying the front verandah ...
There's a walk straight into the National Park, just up the hill (sometimes I take my tent and hike for day's) ... and it's only a 5 min. drive to beach, cafés & shops.
