Hey I'm Anto. I'm 43 and work building and running music and arts festivals. I moved to Umina Beach from Melbourne about two years ago with my girlfriend. She's decided to move out for a while to have her own space so I'm looking for someone to fill the mezzanine upstairs that was her studio/wardrobe/storage space/spare bedroom. I travel a lot for work and sometimes will be away for weeks or months. When I am home I'm chilling, fishing, playing tunes, gardening, swimming and cooking.

I cook a fair bit and happy to share meals and shopping. This is a beautiful house so I do keep it clean. Not into mess and clutter. This isn't a party house although we have had some good parties here, more of a dinner party vibe place.
