Hello!!

I have a big beautiful 5br home and ready to have a house mate in my guest bedroom. The room is fully furnished with own ensuite and walk in-robe and located on the ground floor with all 4 other bedrooms upstairs.

I am located on the Northern end of the Central Coast. My location consists of 2 streets with a no through road so there is no vehicle traffic within my area. It is quiet and family friendly however, I am next to a train line but you get use to it after 2 weeks and can become therapeutic. You will listen to a water feature outside your window if you wish to turn it on and relax to the sound of the water fall.

The home consists of a large theatre room and 2 other living rooms, Large kitchen with butlers pantry to cook your heart out. Upstairs is a double study desk if you wish to use.

My home is only 6 months old. I have a beautiful pool/cabana and alfresco area to chill in.

I have 2 beautiful boys aged 10 and 8. I have shared custody and they love their sports. It is only me and my boys who live in my home.

I have a cleaner and this will be included in the rent, however bills not included and will be split 1/4. I have solar so the energy bill is quiet low. Only water and gas.

I have a ginger cat called MJ. He is 10yo and sleeps more than I do. What a life! I cannot have anyone with pets. Sorry!

I am looking for a female between 30-40yo, full time shift worker preferably in a government job as am I.

Located 5mins from the M1 motorway, 15 mins to the beach and Westfields. 10 mins to local shops.

No couples. No time wasters please. I don’t have time for that. Only serious applications and interviews will be conducted.
