Unlimited internet, power and water included in bills. 500m walking distance to shops. 2kms walk to beach. 3kms to Hospital. Uni close by, 1km as well. I'm always happy to help out with transport where I can. Share with 1 female and friendly dog. I'm not home too much, it's a nice space.
