My house is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and has a lovely back yard area with a pool. I live less than 5 mins away from 2 shopping centres, top end medical, a vet and have a bus stop on the street next to mine. I live on a quite street with lovely and friendly neighbours. Water bill is included in the rent, but electricity isn’t, we get sent our electricity bill every quarter and divide it up evenly. We do have wifi and Telstra tv, it would only cost about $20 each per month if you wanted to use it :)
