Lease ending March 2021 - 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Armstrong Creek. Living areas fully furnished. 15-20 minutes to Geelong CBD. 10 minute walk to Warralily Shopping Centre. With my current housemate moving out looking for either one or two housemates to replace him. Rent prices negotiable based on this. Roughly $130 per week (paid monthly) for two housemates. Otherwise $200 per week (paid monthly) for one housemate and can have the master with en-suite and walk in robe.
