About occupants
Hi my name is Trent I'm 40 and I work as a high school teacher. I believe in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. If you're looking for a respectful and easygoing flatmate, someone who enjoys a good movie night and the occasional road trip, then thats me. Looking forward to sharing this space with someone who appreciates the little joys of life as much as I do!
Compatible people
Living together is more than just splitting bills; it's about creating a home where everyone feels comfortable and respected. Here's what I appreciate in a flatmate:

Respectful and Considerate: A harmonious living environment is built on mutual respect. I believe in open communication and a considerate attitude towards each other's space and belongings.

Easygoing and Friendly: Life is too short for unnecessary drama. I'm looking for someone who is easy to get along with, enjoys a good conversation, and is open to creating a friendly atmosphere at home.

Tidiness and Shared Responsibilities: A tidy home is a happy home. If you're someone who values cleanliness and is willing to share in the responsibilities of maintaining our space, then we're off to a great start.

Communication is Key: Whether it's about coordinating schedules or addressing concerns, clear communication is vital. I appreciate someone who is open and honest about their thoughts and feelings.

Similar Lifestyle Values: While variety is the spice of life, having some shared interests can make living together more enjoyable. If you're into movies, occasional quiet drinks, and perhaps a road trip every now and then, we'll likely get along famously.

If you're someone who values these qualities and is on the lookout for a welcoming home, I'd love to hear from you.
